Neil Williams, head of corporate digital channels at the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS) has prepared a strategy on how to use Twitter for Government departments. It’s a great document and could be used as a standard for Tweeting. One of the key areas covered is objectives and metrics. Good to see business users are considering why they are using Twitter, rather than tweeting because it’s there.
